Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement and design with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers and translate ideas into beautiful arrangements.
• Maintains clean, organized workspaces and manages inventory and supplies.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools and basic POS systems.
• Willingness to work with a team.
