Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Floral Designer to turn customers' visions into stunning arrangements. You will design and craft floral pieces, maintain tidy workspaces, and ensure displays are replenished with fresh stems and ribbon. You may lift up to 40 lbs and work with helium tanks as part of daily duties.

The role emphasizes creativity, care for perishables, and a friendly, service-driven approach to help customers celebrate life’s moments.

Qualifications

Floral Design Expertise: Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
Product Knowledge: Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements.
Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies.
Physical Capability: Lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and stand/move throughout the day.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic POS systems.
Teamwork: Willingness to partner with associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
