Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement and design with attention to detail.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Design stunning floral arrangements using knowledge of seasonality and perishability.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays; replenish inventory.
• Move floral products and supplies up to 40 lbs; work with helium tanks and other tools.
• Ensure each stem and ribbon is perfectly placed; help customers bring visions to life.
• Collaborate with team to provide thoughtful, friendly service to customers.
