A Fare Extraordinaire Inc in Houston is seeking an Event Design Assistant to support the Event Designer and collaborate with internal sales teams to bring concepts to life. You will assist with design boards, vendor sourcing, orders, site visits, and on-site installations, while developing knowledge of Houston venues and production vendors.

You are highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication.

Competenze

• Experience in event design or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Assist the Event Designer with cohesive designs and design boards.
• Source vendors, obtain quotes, and place orders.
• Support site visits, on-site installations, and event breakdowns.
• Maintain organized files and documentation in Caterease.
• Communicate design updates with teams and clients.
• Stay informed on Houston venues and production vendors.
