Job summary

The Escape Game in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Creative Specialist to support ongoing fabrication and design needs in our HQ-based production environment, with a typical 40–45 hour work week and non-remote requirements.

You will fabricate components, produce renderings, prototype, and document processes while collaborating with Store Support and Product Design teams to deliver high-quality assets for installations and store projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with fabrication and design in a production environment.
• Ability to operate shop tools and automated machines.
• Willingness to travel for on-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-product goals for each project.
• Streamline from idea to product and renderings.
• Create component drawings with quick turnaround.
• Produce comprehensive drawings of components and steps.
• Operate CNC, laser, 3D printer, and large-format printer.
• Collaborate with Store Support and Product Design teams.
