RoboForce, an AI robotics company in Milpitas, CA, seeks a seasoned Creative Director to lead brand films, demos, and marketing videos from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to turn technical progress into memorable storytelling across high-quality productions.

The role requires hands-on shooting/editing, strong leadership of crews, and the ability to translate complex subjects into credible narratives while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative direction or production leadership with hands-on video work.
• Strong portfolio across films, technical demos, and campaigns.
• Ability to translate complex technical subjects into clear, credible stories.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end production for RoboForce brand films, demos, and videos.
• Translate technical progress into memorable stories alongside robots and engineers.
• Develop treatments, scripts, and storyboards; direct shoots and guide cinematography, sound, VFX, and post.
• Shoot and edit when needed; direct crews or agencies for larger productions.
• Define RoboForce's cinematic language and build repeatable formats.
• Contribute concepts to marketing campaigns, product launches, and website.
• Partner with marketing and design to translate goals into compelling work.
• Direct editors, cinematographers, motion/VFX artists, and agencies; manage briefs, budgets, schedules, and rights.
