Bold Orange is seeking a talented Creative Director to lead ideation, design, and production across brands and channels with a strong emphasis on email marketing. You will guide a diverse team from concept through execution, ensuring cohesive, high-impact work that meets client objectives.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with strategists and developers, and drive design systems, typography, color, and imagery across web, email, print, and social.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative director leadership in marketing/advertising
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience
• Strong multi-channel design capabilities including email and web
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent presentation and collaboration skills

Responsabilités

• Lead project ideation and design of campaigns across touchpoints
• Guide design and production teams to deliver top-tier creative
• Direct photo/video shoots and motion design
• Present work to clients and internal teams
