EnVogue International is seeking a Director of Design & Merchandising – Decorative Pillows to lead the creative direction, trend-driven collections, and merchandising strategy. You will oversee seasonal concepts, development, and the design team while partnering with Sales, Product Development, and Production.

You will translate trends into viable pillow collections, manage artwork and CADs, and collaborate with overseas factories to deliver high-quality products for major retailers.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.
• Strong background in trend forecasting, concept development, product merchandising, and line building.
• Excellent eye for color, print, pattern, texture, fabrications, and textile construction.
• Ability to translate trends into cohesive, commercially viable collections for major retailers.
• Experience working with overseas factories and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creative direction, seasonal design strategy, and assortment development for decorative pillows.
• Research trends in color, print, pattern, texture, materials for commercially relevant collections.
• Drive product merchandising and line building with retailer needs in mind.
• Direct development of artwork, prints, patterns, embroideries, textures, and constructions.
• Identify new product opportunities and materials to grow the category.
• Stay hands-on from concept to sampling and final product.
• Mentor and develop the design team, managing priorities and timelines.
• Review artwork and tech packs to ensure design intent and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales on buyer presentations and assortments.
• Work with Product Development, Sourcing, and Production on materials and costing.
