The Role
Cash App is seeking a visionary and hands-on Creative Director to lead the creative strategy, development, and execution for performance and growth marketing efforts. You will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through high-impact creative across paid social, CRM (email, push, in-app), and web.
You thrive at the intersection of art and data—someone who understands how creative influences performance metrics while embracing rapid iteration, experimentation, and storytelling to drive business growth. You're passionate about making impactful, joyful, and culturally relevant creative that delivers on performance while staying true to great design and user experience.
You'll partner closely with the Growth, Lifecycle, and Web teams, as well as internal designers, writers, and external creative agencies, to produce world-class performance marketing content that scales. You will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor, ensuring that Cash App's creative remains compelling, innovative, and aligned with business goals—without sacrificing the fun and excitement of creativity.
