Job summary

Cowboy Fellowship of Atascosa County seeks a full-time Director of Media and Communications to lead creative storytelling across video, photography, graphic design, and digital content. This role shapes worship and community outreach from sermon media to print.

You will oversee video production, photography during services and events, event graphics, website/app content, social media, and church publications to ensure cohesive, theology-driven messaging throughout all channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in video production and editing for church or nonprofit contexts.
• Strong photography and graphic design skills for events and sermons.
• Experience managing church publications and editorial workflows.
• Ability to manage and elevate website and church app content.
• Proficiency creating engaging social media content with visuals.

Responsibilities

• Video Production: Directing, shooting, and editing ministry videos and promos.
• Photography: Capturing high-quality images at services and events.
• Graphic Design: Creating event graphics, banners, and apparel visuals.
• Digital Management: Overseeing website and church app content refreshes.
• Social Media: Planning and posting engaging content across platforms.
• Publications: Serving as managing editor for bulletins and newsletters.
• Sunday Experience: Enhancing sermon visuals and media across platforms.
• Print & Setup: Coordinating print materials and on-site media setup.
