Qualifications

• 15+ years of creative or game design experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to adapt and learn new game and platform dynamics across traditional and Roblox design.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills that guide and convince teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution with production, product, analytics, engineering, marketing and partnerships.
• Domain experience with UGC, social and gaming; understand player behavior and trends.
• Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics.
• Experience collaborating with 3rd party creators and developers.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, agile, iterative development environment.

Responsibilities

• Own design feedback to all external Incubator creators.
• Oversee group feedback on specific builds and milestones.
• Ideate on alchemy of Roblox and traditional success to add value to games.
• Foster creator-to-creator interactions and sustainable partnerships.
• Build and execute design workflows between internal disciplines and Roblox creators.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate design deliverables and deadlines.
• Work with marketing and creative teams to devise GTM strategies.
• Support analytics to set up goals, measure impact, and grow KPIs.
• Support novel games initiatives across non-Incubator projects as needed.
