Roblox is seeking a Creative/Design Director to guide Incubator creators toward developing novel games and innovative experiences. You will oversee feedback, drive design workflows, and collaborate across production, product, analytics, engineering, marketing, and partnerships.

The role emphasizes leadership across a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong focus on community-building and successful design outcomes for Roblox creators globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of creative or game design experience with proven track record.
• Ability to adapt and learn new game and platform dynamics.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills that guide and convince.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution with various teams.
• Domain experience with UGC, social and gaming; understand player behavior.

Responsabilités

• Own design feedback to all (external) Incubator creators
• Oversee group feedback on specific builds and milestones
• Ideate on alchemy of Roblox and traditional success to help creators
• Foster creator-to-creator community interactions and partnerships
• Build and execute design workflows between internal disciplines and Roblox creators
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate design deliverables and deadlines
• Work with marketing and creative teams to devise GTM strategies
• Support analytics to set up goals, measure impact, and growth KPIs
• Help the novel games initiative across non-Incubator projects as needed
