Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Games Creative/Design Director in San Mateo to guide incubator creators toward innovative, engaging games and to align design strategy across both Roblox and traditional game dynamics.

You will lead design feedback, collaborate with production, product, analytics, engineering, marketing, partnerships and more, and help shape go-to-market plans and growth metrics while driving the novel games initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of creative or game design experience with proven track record.
• Ability to adapt and learn new game and platform dynamics (traditional and Roblox).
• Excellent written and verbal communication that guides and convinces.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution with production, product, analytics, eng, marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own design feedback to all Incubator creators and oversee milestones.
• Ideate on Roblox and traditional success to drive innovation.
• Foster creator-to-creator community interactions and sustainable processes.
• Build and execute design-related workflows between internal disciplines and Roblox creators.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver design-related outputs and deadlines.
• Work with marketing and creative teams to devise GTM strategies.
• Support analytics to set goals and measure growth KPIs.
• Assist novel games initiatives across projects as needed.
