This hands-on leadership role combines design, production, and direction of agencies to deliver distinctive creative work across packaging, menus and digital assets.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to drive growth, protect brand identity, and ensure high-quality, consistent output across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in spirits branding and packaging.
• Strong portfolio across identity, campaigns, packaging and digital assets.
• Experience leading creative work with agencies and production partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve brand identity and campaigns across channels.
• Direct photography, video and other creative production for brand storytelling.
• Lead packaging design from concept to production-ready files and approvals.
