Profluent Bio is seeking a Creative Director to own the creative function, shaping how the company looks and communicates across science, media, and partnerships. You will lead end-to-end creative work, manage a budget, and partner with leadership to translate frontier biology into engaging public content.

The role combines hands-on creation with team leadership, working with designers, videographers, and contractors while guiding brand strategy and visual systems in a fast-growing biotech AI

Qualifications

• 10-12 years in brand and creative roles.
• Proven track record as a Creative Director or equivalent.
• Portfolio showing leadership across motion, editorial, digital, events and physical merch.

Responsibilities

• Translate frontier science into a compelling brand and public presence.
• Own the creative process from concept to publish, balancing science, craft and clarity.
• Lead visual identity system, typography, color, imagery, motion and standards.
