Life Time Inc. is seeking a Creative Director to lead the Experience Life art team, crafting top-quality layouts for print, digital, and social. You will direct cover shoots, manage retouching, and establish brand standards across Experience Life and Life Time platforms.
With 10+ years in design leadership and a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, you will guide budgets and talent, while driving cost-effective creative execution and career paths for team members.
The Creative Director creates top quality layouts and designs for the pages of Experience Life, the EL website, and collateral elements. They will lead the art department and create pathways to expand their roles and follow career paths that each member is passionate about. They will create engaging and effective covers and pages of Experience Life, art direct all cover photo shoots, and coordinate all cover execution including design and image retouching. Managing creative budget and continually look for ways to be more cost effective with the creative budget will be a daily task. The Creative Director will execute retouching for all images, including cover photography and find creative ways to execute stories in a cost-effective manner. Overall they will establish brand guidelines and standards for Experience Life, across the spectrum of print, digital, social media, circulation, direct mail, and advertising.
This is a salaried position starting at $105,000.00 (or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $145,000.00, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role is eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
