Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand strategy or creative agencies.
• 5+ years managing large creative teams.
• Expert in storytelling, design thinking, and campaigns.
• Bold, strategic, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and project timelines.
• Lead the global brand vision and strategy.
• Watch market trends to keep the brand fresh.
• Pitch big ideas to company leaders and partners.
• Build clear brand guidelines and voice standards.
• Direct creative teams across design, copy, and video.
• Work with marketing team and coordinate with other businesses to expand the brewery's reach and increase sales.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
