Climate First Bank is seeking a Creative Director to own the creative vision, quality, and consistency across Climate First Bancorp, Climate First Bank, OneEthos, and future portfolio companies. You will translate strategy into distinctive concepts and campaigns, guiding copy, design, and production as a hands‑on leader.

You will lead the Creative Designer, ensure on‑brand executions, and apply AI tools responsibly to scale concepts while preserving craft, accuracy, and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in creative development, art direction, branding, or advertising.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns and talent development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative development from brief through launch across multiple channels.
• Oversee copy, design, content, and production with a hands‑on player‑coach approach.
• Ensure brand consistency and high craftsmanship across Climate First Bancorp, Bank, OneEthos.
