Agency Bell in New York is seeking a Creative Director to lead thoughtful, high-craft brand creation and evolution across a range of sectors. You will build identities, design systems and brand expressions, working closely with CCO and other Creative Directors to shape strategic, influential work.

You will mentor a growing team, lead senior client conversations and present confidently to stakeholders, while staying hands-on when required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ brand, design or creative agency experience with strong brand identity grounding.
• Portfolio showing sophisticated brand thinking, identity creation and design craft.
• Strong creative direction, strategic thinking and presentation skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing senior client relationships.
• Hands-on approach; ability to contribute hands-on work as well as lead.
