POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for developing creative campaign concepts and leading multi-disciplinary teams through ideation to execution. Oversee the development of big, brand-building, persuasive, and unexpected ideas across all channels. Provide leadership and motivation while simultaneously extracting amazing thoughts and ideas from reporting creatives. Ability to defuse problems and come up with solutions in the best interests of the company, the clients, and the creative team.

Pay Range
$100,000 - $230,000 USD
