Job summary

Monigle Associates Inc is seeking a Creative Director of Art Direction in Denver to lead the creative engine of the growing Advertising group. You will translate briefs into a distinctive visual language, drive concept development, and lead teams to deliver high-impact campaigns while partnering with Copy.

You will report to the Executive Creative Director, collaborate closely with the Creative Director Copy, and shape the agency’s culture with a passion for design, strategy, and client

Qualifications

• Seven years of creative experience in advertising with a portfolio showing range and strong visual thinking across formats.
• Exceptional creative taste and a proven point of view for the work.
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools.
• Fluency in how visual content performs across platforms and channels.
• Experience with health, wellness, financial services or destination brands a plus.
• Ability to present and represent the work with conviction and range.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into a distinctive visual language and shepherd the concept through to completion.
• Lead and rally teams and excite clients with artistic conviction and collaboration.
• Collaborate with Copy to drive integrated campaigns and storytelling.
• Own the creative engine of the department and contribute to the agency culture.
• Present work confidently and shepherd it through shoots and activations.
