Job summary

Monigle Associates Inc is seeking a Creative Director of Art Direction in Denver to lead the creative engine of the growing Advertising group. You will translate briefs into a distinctive visual language, drive concept development, and lead teams to deliver high-impact campaigns while partnering with Copy.

You will report to the Executive Creative Director, collaborate closely with the Creative Director Copy, and shape the agency’s culture with a passion for design, strategy, and client

Qualifications

• Seven years of creative experience in advertising with a portfolio showing range and strong visual thinking across formats.
• Exceptional creative taste and a proven point of view for the work.
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools.
• Fluency in how visual content performs across platforms and channels.
• Experience with health, wellness, financial services or destination brands a plus.
• Ability to present and represent the work with conviction and range.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into a distinctive visual language and shepherd the concept through to completion.
• Lead and rally teams and excite clients with artistic conviction and collaboration.
• Collaborate with Copy to drive integrated campaigns and storytelling.
• Own the creative engine of the department and contribute to the agency culture.
• Present work confidently and shepherd it through shoots and activations.

We’re looking for a Creative Director Art Director who is more than a talented visual thinker youre a strategic force a master of craft and a dynamic presence who can sell ideas through imagery design and visual storytelling that captures both imagination and heart

Your Experience

• 7 years of creative experience in advertising with a portfolio that demonstrates genuine conceptual range and strong distinctive visual thinking across formats
• Exceptional creative taste and a demonstrated passion and point of view for every facet of the work
• Hands on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Figma and AI creative tools Gemini MidJourney Firefly Runway or equivalent
• Proven fluency in todays media landscape how visual content behaves across platforms how performance creative works how channels can shape ideas
• Experience working in health and wellness financial services and destination brands a plus
• The presence to present and represent the work our group and our agency with conviction

We are also hiring for CD Copy so we are open to interviewing teams

Salary range 135000 165000

Final salary will be determined based on seniority merit geographic location education training and experience
