Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a creative role within advertising or digital media.
• Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in social media, calendar management and asset production.
• Ability to generate fresh ideas with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge and experience in AI-driven content production for social media.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Directors and team to brainstorm innovative concepts for campaigns across digital platforms.
• Oversee the execution of creative projects from ideation through delivery, managing timelines and budgets.
• Drive social media strategies and oversee production of digital assets.
• Interact with clients to present concepts and gather feedback, building strong relationships.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients and teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior creative team members.
