The Creative Director sets the brand and creative direction for Egnyte and is accountable for the quality of what we produce across all channels and launches. This is a hands-on, highly visible role. You will lead an in-house team of designers and bring in external contractors as needed, but you will also design and produce work yourself. Success takes both strong creative judgment and the ability to partner closely with teams across marketing, sales, and product to turn their goals into deliverables that represent the brand at its best.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $170k - $220k annually as well as bonus. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
