Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience assessing industry talent and trends.
• Experience as an assistant in a scripted department at an agency, studio or scripted production company.

Responsibilities

• Heavy scheduling, call volume, rolling calls, and travel organization.
• Manage expenses, databases, submission logs, and select creative evaluation.
• Support two senior executives with prioritization and effective communication.
