About the Role

As a Creative Designer, you will deliver the creative expression of our brand through thoughtful, performance-driven design across content, product marketing, webpages, campaigns, video, GTM enablement and more. You’ll also help scale our creative impact by enabling internal teams through design systems and collaborative tools like Canva.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your design work and your ability to empower others through systems and tools will directly support growth, engagement, and brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure the consistent application of our visual identity across all customer and internal touchpoints.
  • Design System Enablement: Build and manage scalable design systems and Canva templates that empower cross-functional teams to self-serve and stay on-brand.
  • Marketing Campaign Design: Concept and execute creative for campaigns across paid and owned channels - emails, landing pages, digital ads, webinars, events, and more.
  • Web & Digital: Partner with web and content teams to design conversion-optimized, on-brand digital experiences with UX best practices in mind.
  • Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content for product marketing, social media, events, and brand storytelling.
  • Sales & Enablement Tools: Design sales decks, one-pagers, and other collateral that supports product marketing and revenue teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Translate briefs into creative solutions with stakeholders in Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, and Customer Success.
  • Product UI Visualization: Collaborate with the Product Design team to conceptualize and standardize high-fidelity, illustrative UI graphics that clearly articulate our SaaS products.
  • AI-Enabled Workflows: Leverage AI-based design and productivity tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, Figma AI, etc.) to accelerate creative production process and experimentation.
About You
  • 3-5+ years of professional design experience, experience in a fast-paced agency environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand, campaign, and video design work.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing branded design systems.
  • Skilled in video editing and motion graphics.

This role will ideally be located within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, Chicago, Boston OR Atlanta areas. The base salary range for this role is $75,000- $85,000. Actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
