As a Creative Designer at Bizzabo, you bring a strong design sensibility to every project, crafting engaging digital, print, and motion work that elevates our brand. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, collaborating with designers, content writers, marketing strategists, and cross-functional teams to create compelling assets across web, social, and marketing channels.

Your primary responsibility will be to design innovative full-stack marketing assets, focusing on motion graphics and video. From branding and UI design to marketing assets and campaign visuals, you will play a key role in shaping how Bizzabo communicates visually. Above all, you will lead by example, pushing creative boundaries while embracing feedback to continuously refine and improve your work.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design compelling digital assets across web, social, sales support and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the Bizzabo brand.
  • Develop and maintain design systems that enhance usability and brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that support marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives.
  • Support motion and video projects by animating key assets, enhancing storytelling with motion across all assets, and assisting in post-production.
  • Stay on top of design trends and emerging static and motion tools technologies.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, product design, motion work, branding, and marketing assets.
  • Essential experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Fluent in onboarding to existing design systems and working closely with a design lead and manager on an established brand.
  • Experience working with marketing or similar departments to show products and solutions to a target demographic.
  • Experience creating beginning-to-end video and motion graphics work, including stakeholder management, managing project kickoffs, developing and iterating storyboards, creating documentation for stakeholder feedback, iterative motion delivery, and effective final motion graphics projects.

Helpful If You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in design, branding, creative agencies, or in-house marketing teams.
  • Experience with UI/UX design and interactive media.
  • Knowledge of 3D motion graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software).
  • Long history of project managing video projects as a designer.
