Job Title

Creative Design Manager

Job Description Summary

The Creative Manager is responsible to oversee the creative output of the Asia Pacific Creative & Design Services (CDS) Team. Based in Manila, the role is focused to provide oversight to the day-to-day operation of CDS team. This role requires to follow the C&W’s way of working and working closely with internal stakeholders as well as external clients/suppliers if needed. The individual should be well versed with working experience in the areas of Marketing, Communication, Sales/Business Development, Digital, Web, amongst others.

About the Role:

  • Lead and coach team members by effectively managing the training and development of the team
  • Overall strategy and team and project management to ensure team’s productivity is met
  • Timely submission of team metrics and analytics that reviews KPI and productivity (partnershipwith team PMO)
  • Maintain a visual brand style across multiple projects and channels
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Manage and complete artwork/editorial amends
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Managing creative/vertical teams consisting of designers with varied skill who work together to create new products or services
  • Determining which types of platform/output will be most effective to achieve goal
  • Managing all aspects of a project, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and client relations

About You:

  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphics, Advertising/Media or equivalent
  • 10+ years’ experience working in an Ad Agency or professional corporate setting at a similar capacity
  • Advance proficiency level of the Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Highly analytical with strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Strong project management and marketing skills
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills
