Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and peeling.
• Safely uses knives and operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bakes, roasts, steams, and uses various cooking methods.
• Arranges, garnishes, and portions food per guidelines.
• Stores food per safety policies; cleans and sanitizes areas.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and protects company assets.
