You will set up stations, prepare ingredients, cook for various meals, maintain sanitation, and ensure attractive plating while adhering to HACCP and safety policies. We value teamwork, clear communication, and a passion for quality cooking.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as cook.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.).
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Very good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.).
• Prepare, portion, cook food items for various meal periods or special events.
• Ability to follow basic recipes and production information.
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Follow all company HACCP and safety policies.
