Aramark is seeking a hands-on Cook to bring recipes to life with creativity, working with fresh ingredients and diverse cooking styles. You will operate kitchen equipment, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to guest satisfaction with quality meals.

The role emphasizes cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position requires prior cooking experience, knowledge of safety norms, and the ability to obtain food safety certification.

Competenze

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely uses utensils including knives.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams and uses various methods on meats and vegetables.
• Arranges, garnishes and portions food according to guidelines.
• Stores food properly following safety policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and staff.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and ensures security of assets.
