You will set up workstations, measure ingredients, operate ovens and equipment, and ensure sanitation and quality. A background in food prep and the ability to obtain food safety certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food per recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel ingredients.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam foods; garnish and portion.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and clean work areas.
