Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely uses knives and kitchen tools.
• Operate ovens, stoves, and miscellaneous equipment.
• Cook using multiple methods (bake, roast, steam) as required.
• Garnish and portion foods per guidelines.
• Store food per safety policies; maintain sanitation.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Provide courteous customer service to guests and colleagues.
