Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic food prep, cooking methods, and safe storage.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prepare foods per production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Safely use utensils, including knives.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.

• Arrange, garnish, and portion foods per guidelines.
