Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or related role is required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation methods and safety.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Ability to perform basic math and measure ingredients.
• Good communication with team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods per recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, chop, and prep ingredients.
• Safely use knives and kitchen tools; operate ovens and stoves.
• Cook using multiple methods and garnish and portion meals.
• Store food according to safety standards and keep work areas clean.
