Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with required ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, slicing, dicing, and peeling.
• Safely uses utensils and operates ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses multiple cooking methods.
• Arranges, garnishes, and portions food per guidelines.
• Maintains clean work areas and follows safety policies.
• Delivers excellent customer service with a positive demeanor.
