Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
• Safely use utensils including knives and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use diverse cooking methods for meats and vegetables.
• Store and portion food according to safety policies; clean and sanitize areas.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor with guests and staff.
