Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety practices throughout the shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and protect company assets.
