Job Description:

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content requirements for e-learning courses.

• Understand and deliver material that has been prepared by the the company team.

• Provides clear explanations, real-life examples, and practical exercises to help participants apply video editing concepts to life.

• Presents information, concepts and processes through a clear and attractive presentation on the front camera.

• Deliver content confidently, articulately, and engagingly while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

• Use effective communication techniques, such as voice modulation, body language, and eye contact, to increase audience engagement and understanding.

• Perform practical mapping, simulations, and examples illustrating complex concepts or procedures.

• Collaborate with content creators and instructional designers to review manuscripts, provide feedback, and suggest improvements for clarity and effectiveness.

• Stay ahead of e-learning trends, video production techniques, and instructional design best practices.

• Look for opportunities to improve your on-camera presentation skills, communication techniques, and subject matter knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video content creator, videographer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the field of video editor or videographer.

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, capcut) and familiarity with filmmaking equipment.

• Strong creative vision with the ability to bring concepts to life through video.

• Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience as a speaker at seminars is an added value.

• Attention to Keen attention to detail and quality, with the ability to produce the perfect end product.
