Job summary

Westman Atelier is seeking a Director of Creative Content Production in New York to lead the creation of visual brand assets for campaigns and core channels. Reporting to the Head of Content, you will own end-to-end model shoot production, from casting to post‑production, and partner with external directors and agencies to deliver premium content that aligns with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a creative production role.
• Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of asset and video best practices across digital and print brands.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, execute and deliver Westman Atelier brand content (video and photo) across digital, marketing, social and retail.
• Own PDP model shoots production including casting, photo booking and production.
• Partner with external Creative Directors/agencies to execute campaigns and secure sign-off from founders and CMO.
• Manage post-production coordination including editing, retouching, and layouts with art/store design teams.
• Present talent concepts to founders and CMO for approval.
• Budget planning for content, including annual photo/video budgets, rights, and invoicing.
