Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
• Develop a content calendar and posting schedule.
• Film, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos and reels.
• Create graphics and social assets using Canva.
• Write captions and social copy; monitor engagement.
• Track analytics and suggest ideas to grow audience.
• Attend job sites and community events for authentic content.
• Collaborate with local businesses and partners on campaigns.
