Job summary

FLORA is seeking a part-time Community Support Representative to serve as the bridge between users and our AI-powered creative tools. You’ll handle inquiries, moderate our Discord community, host Office Hours, and create tutorials to help professionals master FLORA’s capabilities.

You will work ~10–15 hours per week, joining a friendly, founder-led team that values empathy, clear communication, and product feedback. This role emphasizes user success and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle 200+ weekly inquiries across support channels with fast, thoughtful responses.
• Own each case from initial contact to resolution with clear guidance.
• Moderate our Discord community and surface valuable workflows.
• Host FLORA Office Hours sessions, demo features, and gather live feedback.
• Support workflows including credit management and collaboration issues with care.
• Create tutorials and workflow guides to empower users.
• Act as the voice of the community, feeding patterns back to product and engineering.
