Job summary

Congregation B'nai Amoona is seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to tell our story and connect the community with programs, people, and experiences that make us special.

The role covers digital, social, print, and media communications, collaborating with clergy, staff, and lay leaders to ensure accurate, compelling content aligned with our priorities and brand. This is a full-time on-site position in St. Louis.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail, accuracy, grammar, and tone.
• Creative communicator who turns ideas into compelling written and visual content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Draft, build, schedule, and distribute the congregation's weekly email communications.
• Develop targeted emails for programs, events, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Manage website content and ensure information is current and easy to navigate.
• Identify opportunities to improve website usability and visitor pathways.
