Job summary

Orthodox Union's Yachad seeks a Communications & Marketing Specialist to tell our story through strategic communications and collaborative marketing support. The role favors a curious, relationship-oriented professional who uncovers meaningful stories and translates them into engaging communications across the organization.

The position requires effective relationship-building and the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and editorial initiatives while maintaining Yachad's voice

Qualifications

• Outstanding writing and editing skills.
• Demonstrated experience interviewing individuals and developing human-interest stories.
• Strong project management, organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across Yachad to identify meaningful stories and communications opportunities.
• Interview participants, families, volunteers, donors, educators and staff.
• Write articles, newsletters, emails, website content, annual report stories, speeches, campaign materials and other communications.
