Ellie Mental Health Ashburn is seeking a creative, compassionate child and adolescent therapist to join our team. You’ll build a strong caseload with ages 6-17 and bring your personality into therapy to help young clients feel heard and empowered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health field.
• Virginia clinical license or eligible provisional/resident/supervisee status, as applicable.
• Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents.
• Comfort working with diverse children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/implement treatment plans per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
