Ellie Mental Health Ashburn is seeking a compassionate therapist to work with children and teens ages 6-17. You will create personalized treatment plans, provide engaging therapy, and collaborate with families and schools to support clients.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, engaging interventions, and a supportive, creative work culture rooted in Ellie’s core values.

Formación

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health field.
• Virginia clinical license or eligible provisional/resident/supervisee status, as applicable.
• Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents ages 6-17.
• Comfort working with diverse children, adolescents, and families.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to serve the community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
• Coordinate services with families, case managers, school staff, and other Ellie personnel.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)

What You'll Need

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health field
