Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of job specific skills assessment.
• 6 to 12 months experience or successful completion of the Giant Eagle Apprenticeship program.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Fill tables and cases with cakes from prep area to sales area.
• Follow procedures to meet out-of-stock percentage goals.
• Apply merchandising principles to generate sales.
• Take special orders from guests over the telephone and in person.
• Maintain product quality by checking dates and condition.
• Provide exemplary customer service by greeting customers.
• Inspire Team Members and guests with a passion for food.
