Baskin-Robbins Kingwood is seeking a dependable Cake Decorator to craft high-quality decorated cakes and manage the store's cake program. Responsibilities include handling online, phone, and in-person orders, maintaining cake inventory, and ensuring display readiness during holidays and busy periods.

The role offers flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time work, with opportunities to learn new decorating techniques and grow with a local Baskin-Robbins team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cake decorating experience is a plus but not required.
• Inventory management or ordering experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and prepare cake orders placed online, by phone, and in person.
• Decorate cakes according to Baskin-Robbins standards and customer specifications.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and ready by pickup time.
• Maintain levels of ready-to-sell cakes in store display and storage freezers.
• Restock cake freezers and rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Track cake inventory, icing, supplies, and packaging; communicate needs to management.
