Job summary

Food City in Dandridge, TN is seeking a team member to support customer service, bakery duties, and cake decorating. You will greet customers, assist with ordering, and help maintain display cases in a fast-paced grocery setting.

The role focuses on friendly, efficient service and teamwork to ensure the store runs smoothly during daily shifts. Prior food service is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times.
• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly atmosphere through teamwork.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Prepare and produce quality food and products meeting expectations.
• Decorate specialty cakes, cupcakes, and cookies; use photo cake computer.
