Job summary

Beast Industries in Greenville, NC seeks a Creative Producer to lead our vertical content productions. This role runs full-scale, on-set shoots with tight timelines, coordinating contractors, locations, and schedules to ensure high-quality output.

You will work closely with Platform Leads and the ShortForm Creative team, managing timelines, budgets, and safety while traveling as needed. A positive, proactive attitude is essential for frequent changes on set.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a production manager — long-form, film, or episodic production experience is valuable for this role.
• Excellent on-set track record and ability to deliver under tight schedules.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; platform-specific editing (TikTok) a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Highly adaptable and positive, able to shift directions quickly on set.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Platform Leads and ShortForm Creative team on daily video creatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple productions.
• Negotiate with contractors, locations, and rentals.
• Oversee expenses, contractor paperwork, call sheets, releases, travel, and accommodations.
• Oversee production timeline in collaboration with Production Managers.
• Communicate with camera, lighting, audio and post teams to stay aligned on schedule.
• Ensure proper safety protocols on shoots.
